FitVire is a comprehensive fitness business management platform that helps personal trainers and fitness professionals run their businesses more efficiently. Our platform provides tools for scheduling, payments, client management, and business analytics.

The FitVire service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FitVire and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

In no event shall FitVire, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The "Founding Partner" status grants eligible members a discounted rate of $24/month (the "Founding Rate"). This program is subject to the following conditions:
The Founding Rate is contingent upon maintaining a continuous, active subscription without interruption.
If the subscription is cancelled, paused, or terminated for any reason (including non-payment), the Founding Partner status is permanently forfeited.
Any future re-subscription after cancellation will be at the then-current market rate. The Founding Rate cannot be reinstated once forfeited.
The Founding Partner status and associated rate are personal to the original subscriber and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other person or entity.
The Founding Partner Program is limited to the first 100 qualifying members and may be closed at any time at our sole discretion.
Important: By joining as a Founding Partner, you acknowledge and accept that your discounted rate is conditional upon maintaining an active subscription. Cancellation means losing this rate forever.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website.
Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
